• Limitation of Liability: Brit Fair acts strictly as a booking agent. We do not provide, manage, or honor travel insurance policies directly. Any claims, compensation disputes, or financial payouts regarding travel disruptions or medical emergencies must be settled with the airline or your chosen insurance underwriter. Brit Fair holds no liability for airline operational failures or rejected insurance claims.
